The Glute Gang Playbook

A structured 3-month program designed to really add inches to your glutes when executed properly. You will receive a program that has been proven to work over and over again and a nutrition Guide to really help complete the full circle and receive efficient results.

All workouts come with video demonstrations to ensure proper form and Reps & Sets for each prescribed exercise. The plan will run on 3 'Glutes & Legs' workouts weekly to really hone in on the goal at-hand. There will also be two upper body days to ensure were working towards full body overall strength.
